All the basic conveniences, but paint peeling in shower area, very noisy ac unit and poor visibility at night as sign not lit. Nice fluffy pillows and bulk supply of soap, conditioner and shampoo.

Property is run down. Doors were difficult to lock. The gap underneath the main door was 1/2”(big enough for mice). Sink was cracked. Nothing was horrible, but not worth giving more than three stars.

Rooms were trashy, need a lot of work. A/C was noisy. They don't really have your typical bed, just an easy haul-away mattress spring and a very uncomfortable bed. Shame on Expedia for saying this room was fairly good.

Fun little place to stay while in Salida with my son, staying for a week - easy in and out, safe, staff is responsive and kind. Great to have microwave and fridge for quick prep for leftovers. Easy access to downtown, the city pool, food and trails.

We have stayed here 2 yr in a row. The lack of ice machine is the only thing to complain about. It's always clean, walking distance to coffee shop, restaraunt, etc. Not but 2 mi from Safeway. We like staying here.

The day time staff was one of the rudest I have ever experienced. We had to ask to open the hot tub. She gave my husband a hard time a out it telling us opening up the hot tub encouraged late checkout. We were staying for two days! She then gave us a hard time again when she finally unlocked it telling us she wouldn't open it again. We switched hotels because if the sheer rudeness and lack of ability to use the one amenity they offered. I guess you get what you pay for 😞!

This quaint little motel has small rooms with no place to put luggage, other than the floor. After seeing a spider on the bathroom floor right after arrival, I was reluctant to leave items on the floor. It was fairly clean. Bed was comfortable. Had to wait for check-in until nearly 4 pm. No one was onsite until 3:30.

Great budget property

A nice stay at a budget friendly property. Check in was fast and easy, and the clerk was friendly and efficient. The bed was super comfortable, and the room was clean and in good condition.
