The elevator did not work. They offered no compensation. We had to change rooms because the first room we were in smelled like marijuana like someone literally just got done smoking it in there. In our second room, there was mold in the bathroom and the air conditioner was so noisy. No one could sleep we asked for a different room and they said there was nothing else available so I checked out early the next day and they offered no refund whatsoever. I will never recommend this hotel to anybody Again. A terrible experience.

So disappointed in this stay compared to a previous one. Employees were very nice & helpful but the place smelled like constant weed. Between cigarettes & weed there was nonfresh air in the area. Even came through the air vents. I realize its legal but no smoking in hotel needs to be enforced in some way. We had booked 2 nights, the second day the elevator was out of service and our room was on third floor and I have heart problems. They were still out ìof elevator service when we checked out. For a hotel to have only one elevator is unacceptable in my opinion. Safety becomes a concern. We will not be back unfortunately bc this location was perfect for visiting our grandkids.
