It was a cheaper price so i didn’t have high expectations. But i feel like the pictures of the property are deceptive and very unrepresentative. and how in the heck did it get 4.2 stars on the reviews?!? The front desk staff at check-in was pleasant enough, through the thick security glass. Worse than a bank. The room is very worn, the bathroom and tub extremely worn. But a new tub faucet and spout. Lipstick on a pig. But the smell… as soon as you open the door to the room. I’ve never smelled anything like it to describe but it’s instantly offensive. After a can Lysol spray and running AC fan, window full open, bathroom fan running with the room door open to the hallway for 2 hours then the room was manageable.

Evening staff didn’t know what they were doing. Order two rooms, run room was OK. I had a weird smell. The other room had dirty sheets, dirty bathrooms. There were semen things and one of the rooms on the bed.

The lobby and main carpets were filthy. In the room there was a fallen picture placed on its side with cracks in the wall. There were cigarette burns in the sheets and comforter. There were crumbs along side the bed and in back. The toilet overflowed and staff told us they would have to wait to take care of it in the morning, leaving us without a workable toilet or switching rooms. The shower was filthy and had a slow drain, bad plumbing. The remote control was broken.

1st room had a roach crawling around they changed the room second room the heater was set to 85 and it was blowing cold air had to let the shower run all night to keep warm

Close to the airport. No airport shuttle. Rooms are old and in need of serious upgrading. Tub was dirty, sheets had burn holes in them, wash cloth looked like someone with dirty hands had hung it up. There were yellow stains on the wall beside the toilet that looked like urine [BIG stains]! There was hair on the floor and in the sink in the bathroom and what looked like blood on the wall. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.
