Our two-bedroom lower apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with a flat screen TV and stay cool with central air conditioning. We provide free Wi-Fi, a backyard patio for those summer nights and street parking. Only a 10-minute drive to the Buffalo Bills stadium and 10 minutes from downtown Buffalo. For those planning a trip to Niagara Falls, it's just a 30-minute drive away. Explore the neighborhood with its park, cafe/coffee shops, and dining options, all within walking distance.

The entire apartment is for the private use of our guests.

Easy stay, exactly as advertised. Perfect for a Bills game weekend. The host does tell you not to park on the driveway, it can be difficult to find parking but was never more than 1-2 minute walk from the place. This has nothing to do with the rental but my brother’s car was side swiped in the neighborhood and the person drove off

Stayed for a concert at HighMark

Property is a great location for an event at HighMark Stadium. House was clean. The house has some ware and tare but overall worked out great for what we needed. Back patio wasn’t setup when we were there. The price was right for the property.

Older Apartment in the heart of Buffalo

Overall, I had a great experience with this stay. My son and I traveled to Buffalo for three days and used this apartment as a "base of operations" while we traversed the state of New York, visiting Niagara Falls and then the Baseball Hall of Fame. This apartment is wonderfully situated in the middle of Buffalo in the Irish neighborhood. The apartment served our purposes perfectly, but we didn't need much. The apartment is definitely "no frills". It's an older building and brought back nostalgic memories of my grandmother's house with the wooden floors, and cut crystal doorknobs. The lighting in the house was somewhat lacking. The ambiance of the place would not work for a romantic weekend getaway, but worked perfect for our needs. The owner was also fantastic. He was easy to reach, responsive, and pleasant to work with. Overall, I enjoyed my stay particularly for the price.

Great holiday week stay!

Loved this property! It’s an older building, like all are in South Buffalo, but the charm was amazing and the size was perfect for my wife and I. Plenty of street parking and friendly neighbors upstairs. Would stay again!!

Quick ride to Highmark Stadium!

This property was located in a cute neighborhood - just a 15 minute drive to Highmark Stadium. Brian was an excellent host and was very responsive, which allowed for an easy check-in and checkout. The house was cozy and clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay in Buffalo! Such a great experience and would love to stay again!

Exactly What We Needed

This place was exactly as described. The check-in process was simple and the host was responsive. The neighborhood is nice. It's quiet and has a lot of things in walking distance (awesome park, 7/11, a good bar and restaurant, etc.). We were going to a Bills game and found this location to be ideal. It's not too far from the airport, downtown Buffalo, or the stadium.
