Washer and Dryer are located in the garage. Water Softener and Reverse Osmosis in kitchen for purified drinking water. 15 minutes to Laughlin, NV casinos and restaurants. 90 minutes to Las Vegas, NV. 30 minutes to CA. Approximately 3 hours to the Grand Canyon.
