The staff was very helpful and kind. Allowed early check in. We did have some cleanliness issues in our room. Pullout bed had crumbs and mattress was uncomfortable. Stains on sheets and some dust. This is an older building with updates but it could use a refresh. We were in town for an athletic event and only stayed one night. So the room suited our needs for a one night stay.

Hotel was great. Staff was amazing. Breakfast was good too. Construction around the hotel wasnt that much of a bother. Only bummer was the amount of noise coming from the family above us they had no care of time or how much they stomped and let their kids run until 130 am.

Good stay, not great.

All in all the experience was good. The only odd issue I had were the lights in the room. One light never seemed to work. Two light, on each side of the bed, didn't always turn on. While the room itself was nice, I could tell that parts of the hotel hadn't been vacuumed or clean.

The hotel and room was very good. But there is never anyone to answer the phone at the front desk. I made 8 calls to the front desk prior to my arrival. Finally, I was able to get hold of someone. I am sure that the clerk was upset upon answer the phone. He was not friendly at all.

Jacuzzi was broken. Breakfast food choices not terribly healthy. Beds are rather hard, and uncomfortable, and the room lighting was poor.
