What a gem! The staff were warm and welcoming. The rooms clean with big, fluffy bath towels. We stayed in a Pet Friendly room and it was great. The goodie bag of doggie treats was well received by one very happy Collie!

Room was ok but the heating is not left on in the individual rooms. Therefore when we checked in on a very cold evening the room was freezing and took a few hours to warm up.
