Dirty, bugs in room, no one in building for towels, one roll of toilet paper for three nights stay, carpet so dirty I would not remove my shoes, no hot water, toilet flush to slow to remove paper overall the room was terrible!!!!

Older golf resort renamed, shows age. I had a junior suite in a back building with a lot of steps. Room was clean and surprisingly large. Staff was very pleasant and attendant, repaired thermostat in room immediately when requested. Small bar and restaurant on premise. Would stay again.

We had a quick overnight stay. The beds were very comfortable. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very helpful. We accidentally booked two rooms, but they were able to give us a full refund on the 2nd room. We would definitely stay again.

Selected because - "Resort - best in Cadillac". So many weeds and overgrown landscape, no signs of life. Thought it was a deserted, closed facility. Couldn't find room because tall weeds covering numbers on building. Dark, 1980's orange and brown carpeting and panelling. I realize this is a golf course but it was very depressing. No hot water. Food from previous tenant in fridge. Parking lot cover with pot holes and grass/weeds growing in cracks. Check-in reception area not marked. No one at desk to welcome. However the staff was friendly and the breakfast that was included very good. New bedding and pillows. Minimal bath/shower products - not enough for two people. I should have paid more and stayed at the chain motel down the road.

For a golf resort and rates one of the best places to stay in Cadillac - i was very disappointed. The staff was great. However when we drove i to parking lot, I thought we were in wrong place. Construction trucks (later found out were guests by the week) were parked by room area - very over grown yard and landscaping. Rooms have not been updated since the 1980's. Dark brown and burnt orange carpet in rooms. Dark brown paneling. New bed coverings and pillows. Food from prior guest left in mini fridge. Balcony about 4' wide overlooked, parking lot filled with pot holes and weeds. Breakfast was great - hot with many selections of food from bagels to scrambled eggs and waffles. If they would give the property a complete facelift - this could be a better appearing facility.

We found the property to be beautiful and the rooms well appointed. We were in a renovated room nearer the pool. So quiet. Beds had nice linens and were comfortable. Staff was helpful, cheerful, and attentive. The breakfast was wonderful with a nice view of the golf course and distant hills. Wait staff said they always vary the breakfast menu and I find that to be a delightful concept in hotel breakfast offerings.

Fine, I guess.

Room was fine. We paid extra for the balcony room with golf course view, which was a waste. More like parking-lot view. The whole place was kind of weird, abandoned sort-of. On an August night, there were only a few other cars in the massive parking lot, and at breakfast, in the huge dining room, there was only one other person. I felt kind of bad for the staff there, having to prepare the buffet spread for nearly nobody. But the breakfast was adequate, if standard. The facility is a bit long in the tooth and the bathroom is kind of cramped. It has 70's vibes. Nothing wrong with it at all, but just kind of weird-like.
