Conviniet location, walkable distance to shops and restaurants. A bit old and outdated, need some maintenance and touch ups. Pool needs more shadow area, as it was not enough spaces to hide from the sun. Breakfast was good, lots of options. Friendly staff

Great location! Walkable to get to the Reef Fleet which many excursions go out of. There are numerous restaurants nearby to choose ftom. Highly recommend! Great breakfast too!

We had some difficulties checking in. yes, we were there early. We were told there were zero rooms available in the whole hotel, which given the size was hard to believe, but were told as soon as a room was ready we'd be called. After sitting there waiting in the lobby 2 hours, we asked a different employee who got us in a room immediately. The location of the hotel is great, the room itself was nice. The pool is great, especially the chairs in the water to sit and read. It's a slightly older Hilton, or maybe didn't used to be a Hilton. Definitely showed some age. Of the Hiltons I have stayed at I would say it was on the lower end, but the location made up for it.
