Room was clean. Front desk very pleasant both on with check in and check out. Parking staff was also pleasant. Only complaint was the 5-6 buckets right outside our door because of a leak. We were on the 9th floor.

Poorly maintained. Rooms had definitely been smoked in, bathroom tiles were peeling off, pillows were uncomfortable, no duvet covers on duvets (so how are they cleaned?). Furniture was rickety - overall a shabby hotel. There was one receptionist manning the front desk, even with people queuing up. Yes, it’s convenient be in downtown. But that’s about it.

The room was too hot, the air conditioner couldn’t be adjusted, and it was impossible to open the balcony because of the smoke smell coming from below — someone was smoking there. There wasn’t even a 0.5L bottle of water in the room, and the tap water was disgusting. After taking a shower, I had to wash my feet separately because the water didn’t drain properly. The reception staff were friendly, and the breakfast was tasty with plenty of options to choose from (breakfast wasn’t included in the room rate, but it’s definitely worth the price).

The room and bathroom were very clean. I give a big bonus to the hotel for having Dove products like soap and shampoo. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room had a BEAUTIFUL view of downtown from our balcony. The lobby slightly has a cigarette smell to it and the rooms are slightly dated, but far above competitors around the same price! Great job Ramada!
