Staff was friendly and helpful. Room (especially view and fireplace!) was clean and comfy. We will definitely be back. Only downside was not being able to watch Netflix on the room TV but the staff said they are working on upgrading that part so guests will soon be able to stream apps no problem on the TV. Wifi was great though so we could still watch on our tablet. Great stay!

Room was clean and set to a nice warm temperature when we arrived. Nice comfy bed. Front desk staff all very friendly. The pool area is absolutely gorgeous and the hot tub and sauna were amazing for a chilly evening and a nice start to the day in the morning as well. Would definitely stay here again!
