The room was clean and staff were very nice. The food quality sucked. Juices were watered down, the food choices were limited and to make it all worse, the was a large group of students (hundreds of students) holding a convention and that made everything a waiting game for anything. Long lines to get a drink or whatever. If I would have known, I probably would have changed the dates. No communication from the hotel.

I had a wonderful stay! The hotel was beautiful, clean, and relaxing. The staff were friendly and attentive, always making sure we were comfortable. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was perfect for a peaceful getaway. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out overall, a great experience. I would definitely come back again!

The staff was fantastic, the property itself is not I repeat is not ADA compliant. Not all of the facilities were accessible because of the stairs with no ramps for a Mobility scooter sales company. The adult pool had 10 steps to it. Only the kitty pool was accessible. Specialty restaurants are good the buffets however we’re just awful

Not easily accessible for those with ambulatory issues. Lots of steps. Once in the floor that room was on there were steps to get into room. There is a step to get into bathroom. Very dated; in desperate need of updates. Bed was terrible; at least change that if can’t do decor.Toilet flushed like an airplane bathroom. A/c smelled musty. Mini bar was stocked with some free refreshments. TV only had two English channels both of which were news. Balcony and view in 2004 was great! One of my biggest pet peeves is the restaurant reservations; as I often travel solo and don’t know when exactly I’ll arrive to the hotel making reservations is impossible and to turn a patron away when you have open tables simply because of a reservation is silly. I’m also one person so it’s not like I’m going to sit there all night. The buffet option that didn’t require a reservation had salad, some noodles and some cold salads (think pasta salads and chicken salad) which wasn’t particularly appetizing or filling. The poolside bar only had one bartender who would randomly leave so drinks took some time. The pool was nice. There are some loungers IN the pool. The aerobics were fun. The music was good. Don’t have any issue with finding seats or people saving seats. Staff at the lobby bar was good. They have some snacks out throughout the day. There is an MTS rep onsite; if you do their shuttle it’s super convenient.

The Ocean View is out of a dream! Staff like Juanjo at the front desk, Maria Can by the pool and Segundino in Claraboya Restaurant made out experience feel like home. I love this place, the best cantaritos in Cancun I will say! Thank You to all the staff I didn't mention because all of them were great!
