I recently stayed at Ventus Marina El Cid in Puerto Morelos. The service throughout my stay was very good — staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure guests were taken care of. The property itself is clean, modern, and well-maintained. The food quality was a little above average, with a variety of choices that were enjoyable. The main disappointment, however, was the beach. It was full of seaweed, and the water had an unpleasant metal/rust-like smell and feeling, which made swimming uncomfortable. This was unfortunate given the otherwise beautiful location. That said, if you drive just about a mile away, you can find much cleaner beaches with clear water. Overall, this resort delivers in terms of service, cleanliness, and decent dining, but if a pristine beach experience is a top priority, you may want to consider other nearby

this resort is connected to a sister resort right beside it. It was amazing. There’s a free biking excursion the adult pool was amazing. The food at the all day Café absolutely great, nothing bad to say we did go in August, which is our fault because the beach wasn’t clean, but again that’s our fault. Overall the experience was amazing. Remember to take tips though please tip your concierge.

This is my 4th time at this resort. You can't beat how delicious the food is. The Kobo restaurant experience is especially spectacular. The rooms are spacious and clean. I love the adults only pool area and bar. It's a beautiful property with decent gyms.

Everyone was amazing. Staff helpful. The hotel Is well taken care off clean rooms where exceptionally clean and entire property. Only downfall was the smell from the surroundins think it maybe mangrove. Food was good. Dessert was great
