The suite rooms are amazing for our family. The food, however, is inconsistent with the same meal in the same restaurant often very different. The staff is friendly, attentive, and engaging. Really, the staff is remarkable and makes the resort stay worthwhile. Sadly we missed out on the entertainment because no one at the desk informed us. We actually chose this resort again because of Reyes at the paint stand. We are obsessed with his talent and the fun we have painting every day.

My wife and I arrived on 4/11/25 and were breath taken by the whole resort. Services were beyond anything I could ever ask for. Additionally, it made us feel like a weight has been lifted and we could breathe and relax. The food was exceptional, the room service was perfect, and overall it was just perfect. We had help from lots of staff members, but the one who stuck out to me was David who over saw the beach area. The one who wore the red shirt. He made our seating experience go smooth every time we showed up. Thank you all for the beautiful experience!

You can’t go wrong… My teenage daughter and I went from Christmas’s Day to New Year’s Day. The resort was impeccable. Although we were there 7 nights, we only spent two days at the resort’s pools and beach. The other days, we went to Isla Mejeres (sp?) on the ferry that’s next to the hotel, Xel Ha (amazing!) , Horseback/ATV/Zipline/Cenote, downtown Cancun, and snorkeling. Felt very safe off property even took local bus downtown for $1 instead of $80 cab ride each way. So, unless you want to walk to the clubs, book it.

Complete chaos from the moment we walked into the place They didn’t have our booking correct they overcharged all of our credit cards. They haven’t spoke to you at your sister resort Our fridge did not work. We did not get one till the next morning. Our twin boys had to sleep together at 14 years old. I was it took forever to get a second bed set up as they put us in the wrong. Will goes on and on this place is absolutely terrible.
