- the concierge people not willing to give us information about activities without the tour to the next hotel to sell the time share which ruined a part of our trip. Some of them were very aggressive and absolutely rude.
- one night for 9-10hours there was power outage and it kept going off and on making noise for a second a bunch of times at night. Room got warm since there was no AC and loud so we could not sleep well at all but nothing heard from the hotel next morning .
- some of the servers at the pool never came back after we requested to take our orders.
- some of the servers at the restaurants were pushy about tips which made us feel uncomfortable.
- most of people use just one pool there and it’s not that great. Other pools are ‘private to special members’ or ‘adults only’ or too cold.
- the activities at the hotel is very limited and also not worth to try.
We definitely are not coming back to this hotel and would not recommend.
