I can't say enough great things about this great All-In. The staff are friendly and professional. Our room and the property are clean and well maintained. The buffet at Caprichos is awesome and had a lot of vegan options for me, most of the other restaurants had few options but able to accommodate. I loved the gentle music that played on the grounds in the morning, adding to a blissful sunrise. The aquafit class was more fun than I thought it would be. I didn't make a morning yoga class, it would be great if there was an evening yoga class. One of the reasons I booked here was because a ferry to Isla Mujeres is walking distance but I found out the times are very restrictive so we took Ubers to and from Puerto Juarez which were less than $10CDN each way so we could get the ferry that runs every half hour or so. There was a bit of seaweed on the beach but it was cleaned frequently and wasn't a big deal. The sand is beautiful and there is plenty of seating. I would definitely come back and have already recommended to friends. Thanks everyone at Villa del Palmar for such a relaxing vacation.

Marco, Guen. I can't believe how kind these staff can be! They are welcoming, wanting to be friends, and so helpful from the day 1 to the last day. My girlfriend and I stayed for three days (very short trip), but because of their hospitality, we enjoyed 200% at Vila del Palmar. I hope they get the credit for what we've experienced! Room was clean, view was just phenomenal and people were just smiling, laughing and enjoying the moments there.

The property is beautiful and exceptionally well maintained. The staff is courteous, attentive, and always willing to help. We especially enjoyed the calm music around the pool in the mornings, which gradually became more lively as the day went on. The rooms are very comfortable, and the suites with kitchens are beautiful. The breakfast buffet was excellent. One area for improvement would be the décor and ambience of the Italian restaurant, Davino. Adding placemats, dimming the lighting, and creating a cozier atmosphere would greatly enhance the dining experience. While the food itself was good, the overall setting felt more like a cafeteria than an Italian restaurant, and improved décor would make a big difference. One final suggestion would be to clarify the $50 USD daily resort credit. In practice, only 20% of the total food, drink, or eligible service bill can be applied per transaction. It would be clearer to state that guests receive a 20% discount on eligible purchases, up to a maximum of $50 per day. Overall, we had a very good experience and would most likely return.
