The room we got in was not ready to use properly. bath room sink was not draining well, Lamp bulbs are out, bed side clock was dead, TV not working.. how they can provide this kind of room to guests??? We moved to the another room by my strong request.

This is just a very plain hotel. A few walls have damage or marks and that seemed to look bad in my opinion. The room was clean. The scrambled eggs at breakfast were really bad. I paid $175 (room and tax) for a Saturday night in October. It was extremely overpriced. I had a much nicer room in Jackson, MO at the Drury the night before for $50 less.

The shower had a used soap in it, so I don't know how well the room was cleaned between guests. There was no hair dryer to use even at the front desk.

My room was not cleaned during my stay. I’m very disgusted and disappointed. Left the room around noon on 9/4 to attend an event. Stopped at the front desk on my way to ask for more toilet paper when the room is clean. I was then told that I had to ASK for my room to be cleaned during check-in. I WAS NOT TOLD THIS AT !!! My room was never cleaned I only received the toilet paper that I asked for and new toilet. The room was also loud from the a/c and the guest upstairs. I have a recording. The room was $398. I will never stay there again and will advise other to avoid this property. What a waste of money!!!!!

Staff was very attentive & answered any questions we had. Love the family feeling from the staff. Breakfast was hot and plentiful. Our second visit to this hotel and will be our go to whenever we are in town.
