We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Restaurant Le Parc. We could walk to both old and new Carcassonne. Restaurant was excellent. The hotel staff were very helpful. It was quiet and we would stay again.

A must stop while in Carcasonne - simply perfect

AMAZING. a must go if you are in Carcasonne !!!! Simply perfect hotel, from the decoration to the space in the bedrooms, to the professional and welcoming staff, always there to help and assist you during your stay. The breakfast can be in your room and there is so much choice, all delicious. Make sure to book a wine tasting with the Sommeliere, and also for dinner at the restaurant for a unique moment around food and wine.

C'était la première fois que nous séjournons avec ma compagne dans cet hôtel. Nous avons passé une excellente expérience, ayant eu l'occasion d'être surclassés. L’état général est non par contre, cela fait plusieurs fois que l’on vient dans cet hôtel et cette fois ci je trouvais qu’il y avait de moins bonnes prestations : les accessoires de toilette ne sont plus les mêmes comme le gel douche par exemple ( plus en petit flacon), les croissants du matin n’étaient pas frais, plus de bougie dans la chambre, les dames à l’accueil pas très souriantes, elles ne savaient pas nous renseigner sur l’odeur du diffuseur en vente, bref, déçu pour cette fois-ci !!!

This is a restaurant with rooms, but it’s definitely one at the very top. A gem of a design hotel with attention to detail and decor. Knowledgeable and professional staff, beautifully appointed rooms and public areas, including breakfast room and restaurant.
