Nice stay, convenient location & pleasant staff. I Can only comment on the particular room we stayed in (305) but more attention required with cleaning. Thick layers of dust on the lights . Inadequate heating for a hotel of this size to be using a small plugged in electric oil filled heater placed in the middle of the room.

The hotel was cold, the atrium lobby had a wind blowing through it, the bar / restaurant was cold and my room was cold. So disappointed that this was not sorted in a 4* hotel. The only saving grace was the leisure club, pool which was sedate, calm and ... warm !! The reception staff did a lot of smiling and onedid action a heater for my room, but I felt they just didn't care about guests comfort levels on the whole.

The room was standard, slept well and the bed comfy. On arrival reception staff were polite and courteous, we were advised to book for the restaurant that evening, we did, but they were not busy so entered 15 mins before the booked time slot - this caused confusion for the staff. The food was lovely but service very slow, to the point we felt ignored - it took almost two hours for a main and desert. We were not offered a dessert menu so had to follow a member of staff to ask for one. Bery unhappy
