Property is extremely old, DIRTY and smells !! Do not stay here, nothing like the pictures online. Pool & break-feast not worth it. Checked in & checked out 30 min later I was shocked. Carpets are disgusting, hotel smells of mold.

Room not clean

When we arrived our room wasn’t cleaned. Dirty towels still on the bathroom sink. Trash cans all full. Loose change on top of the couch. Very obvious room wasn’t cleaned. The man at desk did come to our room and clean up bathroom and take trash but obviously poor housekeeping here

Our stay went well it was a busy weekend at the hotel. We slept well, it is decent stay just outdated which you wouldn’t know from the outside. Carpets were dingy and could use an update or good cleaning. Our head board had pieces of leather missing from people’s heads resting on it. Faucets were all calcified.

The place was disgusting. We had them switch us to a new room because the first had a sickly aroma of multiple chemicals no doubt attempting to cover the moldy smell of the room. The tile floors were so sticky you could hear your shoes lift off them. No surface was free of water rings, dust, grime, etc. The room hadn't seen a vacuum in who knows how long. The worst was the hallways between rooms. Dirty stained carpets...again, not sure the last time they were vacuumed. The jetted tub had scum rings and looked untouched in a while. The hot tub filled with scummy foam as soon as the jets were turned on. Avoid this place at all costs. Had our reservation been refundable we would have ran out of there. Oh, almost forgot the mouse droppings on the corner of the 2nd room we were given after the retched 1st attempt. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to someone I hated.

I usually trust that a Holiday Inn Express will be standard in its condition. I didn't pay enough attention to the ratings ... they indicated otherwise. This hotel was in very poor condition..... it wasn't terrible BUT it stood at the front door of terrible. It was old, not maintained (paint peeling everywhere) and overall in sad condition. it felt like a very cheap, cheap hotel.

Booked a hot tub suite for one night. Overall, the room was pretty good. Linens and floors were clean. Bathroom was a little dirty, as was the fridge. The hot tub in our room was NASTY, you could see the ring of dirt around it before you turned it on. Jets didnt work, and it wasn’t all that hot. Had to send my husband out for bleach to clean it, and there’s not many stores close by that were open. We were disappointed it was more of a big, warm bath than it was hot tub. Didn’t have any breakfast. Lady at desk couldnt be bothered to get off the phone (personal call on cell) long enough to even check me in, very unfriendly and unwelcoming. The night guy seemed nice.
