We came at 3pm which was the check in time, however, our room or any room we could use to breastfeed our child was not available. We ended up breastfeeding in public in the lobby. Staff was empathetic but said that there was nothing that they could do. Rooms are in need of a little bit of upkeep. Ours had a loose toilet seat, loose floor drains and shared a wall with the boilers and housekeeping which made it noisy as well as facing a nearby freeway. Parking lot around boilers had faint odor of natural gas, property has a leak somewhere. It was not a bad stay but having the rooms ready on time and the property better maintained would have greatly helped increase our satisfaction and comfort during our stay.

Very noisy!

The walls are extremely thin and you can hear everything from outside and your neighbors. Our television didn't work (it would turn on and nothing else). It was even labeled with our a different room number. In the middle of the night, the toilet would randomly run even though no one was using it. Our hotel alarm went off very early in the morning even though we didn't set it. The hot breakfast in the morning was good.

Easy to get to, great parking, front desk was friendly and helpful. Room was good, towels were very nice, better than every other hotel I have ever stayed in. Closet smelled funny but it was easy to just keep the door closed. The breakfast was supposed to go until 11 and they were shutting it down by 9:30, the staff was literally taking things away as we and other people were still using them. Coffee was empty. The waffles were good though. I also think it’s way cheaper to not book through Expedia. I’m sadly finding that out this trip that I booked hotels, car rental and flights. Car rental ended up being twice what it would have been directly through the company and hotels about a 1/4-1/3 more. I will be contacting Expedia about that and is no fault of the individual hotels and rental companies.
