Downstairs, the comfortable living room invites you to unwind with a plush leather couch and loveseat, a cozy gas fireplace, a game table, and a large HD TV—perfect after a day at the beach or on the slopes. Just off the well-equipped kitchen, the dining nook offers plenty of space for everyone to gather for meals, games, and conversation. You’ll also find laundry and a convenient half bath on this level.
Upstairs, four fun, themed bedrooms give everyone their own space to spread out:
Surf’s Up Room: A Queen bed plus a sofa, and it opens into a den with another sofa, TV, and an oversized bean bag chair—great for kids or a second hangout area.
Birdie Room: A golf-themed favorite with a Queen bed, Twin bunk beds, TV, and a walk-in closet.
Area 51 Room: Features bunk beds (Double on bottom / Twin on top), built-in desk space, and a crib.
Primary Suite (Bogie / Maltese Falcon Room): A spacious California King suite with its own sofa and TV, plus a large en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and a generous shower/tub combo.
The full hallway bathroom is shared by the Surf’s Up, Birdie, and Area 51 rooms.

- Winter access: Chains or snow tires are often required in winter
- BBQs (propane) are not provided during winter (November–Memorial Day). Charcoal grills are banned in our area.
- Firewood is not supplied during the summer months (Memorial Day through October)
- Shampoo/conditioner/bodywash are not included
- Most have supplies like flour, sugar, salt & spices, but these are not guaranteed items
- We do not provide additional towels for beach use and encourage renters to bring them for summer stays
- For all dog-friendly properties, there is an additional fee of $100+tax per dog.
- Placer County STR rules: The county of Placer implemented a new Short Term Rental Ordinance which is very important for guests to abide by. Fines range from $1,500- 5,000 and can be issued to guests who are not in compliance. A full list of rules is attached as a photo in this listing.
Some Highlights include: Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am. No noise shall be heard across property lines. No outdoor speakers or amplified sound are to be used at any time. Dogs must be leashed at all times when outside a property, and all pet waste must be picked up. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
