I've stayed here before and loved it but this time the A/C didn't work and it was really hot in the room and there were short dark hairs on my pillow case. I have long blonde hair. otherwise it has a full kitchen with a real range and oven and a separate living room which i loved in the past when i stayed there.

Very dated with nasty stained carpeting and in need of serious renovation. TV was not connected and front door was stuck closed. Linens and pillows were clean but old. We advised a day in advance that we were checking out a day early from our three day reservation (staying 2 instead of 3). The clerk said they would make the adjustment in our bill however my credit card statement shows they never did and charged me for the full three days. Not smart business.

Carpet is decades old as well as the rest of the room. Should be updated more by now - esp for the price and area. Tears in carpet - chunks completely missing etc. Door also does not seal (you can see light shine all around the edges/frame) - therefore you could hear EVERYTHING outside and also above and when people use the stairs. Not great for light sleepers. Esp when we had been camping ⛺️ most of our trip and NEEDED some sleep badly. Staff was friendly up front at least.
