Not what we expected

Rooms were spacious, but very dated. The toilet clogged up on first day and the maid sent to unstop it slashed water all over the floor and left it. We booked the room for 3 people, but only had amenities for 2 people and we had to use one of the 2 towels to clean up the toilet water, and when the room cleaning happened the next day, we got only 2 towels again. The breakfast was sub par, but nice restaurants around to make up for it. The refrigerator was larger than normal and that was a nice surprise. The staff was friendly and helpful fir the most part. Overall, a good, low budget, low amenities motel.

Great Hotel

Our room was amazing and comfortable, the check in as always wonderful, we always look forward to our stays at the Carson City Plaza Hotel. Look forward to staying again next time we are In Carson.

Hotel has good bones but its VERY TIRED and badly needs a face lift. Check the shower head before using. Bedroom TV does not work. Lamp shades falling apart and Check out the elevator light panels in Building 4 SO GROSS.

Staff were friendly & helpful when needed. It was not too loud in the area or too crowded. Parking is accesible. I enjoyed my stay & it was convienent to get to where I needed. A few eating options just walking distance. Very nice atmosphere.

Great affordable place to stay, I enjoy the atmosphere, cleanliness, coffee/breakfast, polite staff. 24 hour desk, nice room with microwave and fridge. However, I find parking at night very difficult bc all the spaces get taken, also during check in the lady was far away from me while asking questions, so all the strangers in the lobby got to hear my license plate/car type, and that I was staying there alone. I felt uncomfortable with that. Also still wish the rooms had a hotel latch on the door for added safety. That said, I still highly recommend this motel as much better than Motel 6 for same price. Cleaner, much more included, pretty, bigger rooms, etc
