No double lock on door and it led to the outside. First room toilet didn't flush. 2nd room smelled so bad. I had a asthma attack from the smell. I had to leave one night early as I could not stay there anymore.

Toilet didn't flush in first room. In 2nd room smelled so bad I had an asthma attack. Could not stay the 2nd night had to leave and forfeit my fee. No double lock on door that led to outside. Very unsafe. Was so dark not adequate lighting in the rooms. Very old and bad place to stay.

The refrigerayor in the room did not eork. The bed and pillows were not comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was decent. Front desk person at checkin was a little rude but softened up. Bathroom towels were small and very rough.

Ladies at Front Desk were very helpful with my check-in. An older property in downtown Carson City but very convenient to the city. Quiet and safe and well-maintained. I would stay here again.

It was perfect for me, going to a historical fencing competition in Carson. I guess the breakfast wasn't fancy enough for my roommate and there isn't exactly the variety of, say, a Holiday Inn Express or something in the breakfast department. But I felt it was adequate for sports events because it contained eggs for protein as well as carbohydrate sources. The eggs were boiled so if you don't want to eat cholesterol it's easy to remove the yolk and only eat the white. They had instant oatmeal including unsweetened which is a big deal for me as a sports competitor because I want fiber and complex carbs for the whole day, not necessarily a giant sugar spike in the morning before the event as would have been the case were there only sweet instant oatmeal. I'm a big eater when I go on tournament and there was enough food. I would say it's an older property but it has charm and I personally love it. Someone took the love and care to paint designs on the walls.

It's a great hotel to stay in. I stay there everything i go to carson city. You have great restaurants like Reds 395 with great food and drinks.

We did not enjoy our stay. the place was run-down. the bed was uncomfortable. the room was gloomy with tacky curtains. the breakfast room was tacky with a minimal assortment of food. we were glad to go.

Unfortunately my stay here was hell. Since the moment I checked in until the day I checked out I had issues. I didn’t even stay the full amount of days her due to the bathroom flooding the room. In the 2 nights I was there I was witched to 4 different rooms. First room has bugs, holes in bathroom door and tv didn’t work, 2nd room a guest was staying there already, 3rd room I had toilet issues since the first night and I made a complaint to front desk about the toilet. They brought me toilet a plunger because the toilet wasn’t flushing correctly. Next day I left in the am and came back and in within 20 mins the toilet randomly leaked out and flooded the room I called front desk and let them know. They word he done rokms and the 4th room ac didn’t work. At that point I decided to check out and go find a new hotel For my 6yr old and I. We had to move our stuff back and forth so many times. If it wasn’t for the holiday weekend I would have left the first night. Expedia told me to check out and ask for refund but now hotel is denying any type of refunds and on top of that they didn’t check me out when I returned the keys. They checked me out 2 days later. The service there was ridiculous. They are trying to now blame me for their toilet issue. My daughter was so upset and felt unsafe there since anyone can just get a room key for your room. I don’t recommend this place at all!!

It’s the best that you can get for two star hotels. The value offered by this hotel is great for the amount of nightly charge, but don’t expect it to be as good as three stars.
