The good… - Great complimentary breakfast - Full amenities - Courteous staff - Clean facility The bad… - Room door not responding to card key. Had to switch rooms - Noisy neighbor during day time and then left their dog alone in the room to howl all night. - Hotel now charges for parking. Parking Instructions with QR code only available at front desk and not in the rooms. - Additional parking area is a bit of a stretch from the hotel.

ABSOLUTE A+ Experience

I have never left 5 stars for a hotel but this Embassy Suites deserves it! An absolute A+ experience; kind, clean and comfortable. The hotel is very modern, the room was immaculate and the bed was SO comfortable. I stayed in a 2 room with a king bed. This will be my go-to hotel in this area!

The hotel was in a convenient location for food/shopping. Rooms were clean and comfy. All staff were friendly. The omelets at breakfast are amazing!!! The only downside was lack of parking due to an event being held at the hotel one night.

The Hotel was excellent! The only thing that I noticed was that the trash near the elevator on floor 6 was not emptied during our entire stay. It was full and smelling. That’s the only complaint that I have, overall the hotel was great and I will definitely stay here again if I’m in the area.
