I never stayed here. I wasn't able to show up to check in due to my flight getting delayed. When I called to cancel since I ended up making other arrangements, the staff said I did check in even though I had literally touched down in Atlanta a couple hours ago. They promised me a refund yet I have not received it.

Pros: comfortable best and spacious room. Good shower. Cons: Elevator to 4th floor not working in the evening or morning. Told by staff to use the stairs. Had to haul luggage 4 flights of stairs. Stairs open to the exterior of the building, which I was not expecting. It was cold outside and I was not prepared. There was little in the way of breakfast food available at 7:45. There was no coffee, no muffins, no fruit, bread, proteins, etc. All that was left was waffles, corn flakes, and plain yogurt. When I mentioned this to the staff member he only replaced the coffee (which was barely drinkable). Also, the only creamers available were hazelnut. The walls are thin. I was next to a room with several loud people in it. There was also a lot of hallway noise. It was impossible to sleep.
