The breakfast was really good! So much options and they tastes really good. Room was clean. The entrance just look gloomy, especially at night. It makes the hotel vibe more of spooky-like. The staff were amazing though. They were also ready to help. The transportation is kinda like a little issue. Since the location of the hotel is up the hill, it takes time to book a grab car. But other than that, we had a great time during our stay in Marco Polo.

Room was very outdated and not maintained. Hooks were breaking off, shower was very weak. At one point only one side of the elevators were working and there was such a big event going on it took forever for us to just get an elevator we can go on. Staff is friendly.
