Lots of unopen boxes in the lobby. The fire alarm in the room was no working. No battery installed. The bathroom lights, room aircondition noisy. sounds like a speedboat. The shower curtain no functions. Water spells outside the tub. This hotel has good location but needs remodel asap.. Also needs hotel inspector certificate to do business .

Worse case scenario

We walked in and read a sign that the hotel was under constrution and understood that the larger areas may have some boxes in it. Unfortunately we were unprepared for our room to not only not have been cleaned, At All, but also to be halfway through being renovated itself. With plaster on our bed and all the towels stained and obviously used it wasnt a warm welcome. After talking to the hotel we requested to get the room cleaned, new towels set up and simply be provided a nice room to stay in. The room was eventually cleaned but not after we had to spend a night sleeping in it. Unfortunately our troubles werent over yet because the next day we found that more of our towels had severe stains on them and our door to our room wouldnt open. We had someone come up only to find the the stripped screw couldnt be taken out. Out of frustration we left to eat dinner with the options of either be downsided a room or having to have a hotel worker let us in to our room whenever we returned. When we got back they had found a room that was of the same callaber as what we had payed for, so we moved into there. Only to discover that a motion sensor light by the door randomly went off every hour and a half throughout the night waking us up. We left after that night. There are severe problems that need to be fixed if we will ever consider staying in this hotel again.

Not super clean.

Despite being under construction, the rooms and hallways were a mess. Our room had holes in walls and doors and a leaky fridge. The bed was comfortable and that’s what mattered.

The pool was closed for construction, the fridge, tv remote didn't work. Took 30 minutes to warm the water up to take a shower. The had painted resently but there was paint on the towel rack, mirror n shower wall. Big paint drips on walls

Under Renovation- Pool Closed - Service terrible

No mention of being under renovation or that pool was closed when making the reservation. Check in was horrendous. Waited over 10 minutes while employee answered the phone and ignored us. Said sorry but was not genuine.

This is a hard property to review at this time because they are in the process of a major upgrade which means the lobby looks vacant, the hallway on the third floor is lined with building materials and furnishings from the rooms being worked on which was all of them except for two or three that are occupied. It’s really kind of a mess. The room we were given is large but furnishings were minimal. Sure hope what furnishings that were here will be replaced. Dresser very dated and TV so small you had to go stand in front of it to read the guide. The renovated bathroom is nice except it looks like there has been no inspection of the work done and it looks like mould will be in issue in the near future if something there isn’t fixed. The work looks sloppy. There was also bandaid stuck to the ceiling above the bed. Don’t ask…we sure didn’t know. The white bedspread has some faint stains but still not pleasing if you know what I mean. We have not eaten the included breakfast so am unable to comment. I am sure the renovations will be a nice improvement but sometimes it’s the little things that make the difference between so-so and quite good.

Because of their carbon footprint policy, it doesn’t look like they clean at all. If you want to reduce your carbon footprint BS, over the comfort of your guests, THEN GO OUT OF BUSINESS!!!!

The place was extremely run down and dirty. The halls, lobby, elevator looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. The room was dingy and smelled strongly of pine sol, to the point we had to leave and stay gone all evening due to nausea.
