Our only problem was a lack of enough towels. There was only one bath towel. By the time we discovered it we were ready for bed, so I did not request more. The attendants were very courteous and helpful though.

Very uncomfortable beds

Our room was clean and the sheets were great, but the bed was so very hard. At 2:00 AM, I went to the front desk to inquire if we were just missing a mattress topper. I was shown that all the beds are the same. We didn't sleep well at all.

The hot tub and pool area had so much chlorine in it your eyes burned just sitting in the room. The breakfast wasn't great. The eggs were way too salty and the waffles had flavored batter instead of plain. The staff was friendly and helpful.

There was a false fire alarm that went off more than once between 11pm and 1am, with little to no explanation as to what was going on; the staff was fantastic but Management should have dealt with the situation much better. Have stayed here before and probably will again in the future, but one more false fire alarm and that will be the last time I do.
