The bed was terrible. Any movement on the bed made a squeeking/crackeling noise, and not just when you moved your whole body, but even the slightest movement of a limb. The bed was also unconfortable. Besides the bed, there wasn't a luggage holder stand to put a suitcase on. And when you went into the bathroom, you had to stand almost over the toilet because there was only enough floor space for the door to open and close. For the price that we paid for this room, I really expected better.

A place to sleep & shower, Nothing special. Customer Service was good; they checked in and left us alone for our entire stay. The place was quiet, too quiet, hardly seen anyone. The place is a dump, it's old dusty and dirty. It needs a total inside remodel. I highly recommend the owner use some of their profits to give back to their customers. Rip the old carpet up and offer a better continental breakfast to start. Perhaps since you offer very little amenities, maybe have a game night or some sort of activity in lobby, that can give people something to do rather than just sit in our rooms. If you have kids, I highly suggest staying somewhere that offers more.

A place to shower & sleep. Good Customer Service, nice and quite, the poor housekeepers tried to make the place as decent as they could. The place is just old, dusty and dirty. It needs a total inside remodel. Rip that old carpet up, get a fresh coat of paint, some clean shower curtains; use some of your profits to take care of your customers. Breakfast was meh, they tried very basic and cold, better than nothing, but we chose to eat elsewhere. I definitely don't feel like the price was right for what we got.

There was a coffee maker in the room, but no coffee. We needed to ask for Kleenex, extra blankets and pillows. The front doors were heavy and hard to open. We could hear noise from the next room. Breakfast was adequate but nothing special.

My room smelled like paint fumes and about 40 years of it being smoked in previous to being non-smoking. Had to sleep with the window open. Not great. Quite enough despite the sound of the highway.
