The room had bed bugs. They did not refund our money. We could not stay at another hotel the room smelt so bad like cigarettes regardless if it was a smoking room or not. There was no one at the hotel and when I told the manager about the bed bug he was like okay, we'll switch your rooms. That's all that was done for us. Horrible say was uncomfortable. Woke up with bites would not stay here. Definitely do not recommend and I've stayed a lot of places and I do not leave reviews

The room wasn’t really clean. There were cup rings on the side table and huge clumps of hair in the sink drain that caused a clog. The complimentary continental breakfast consisted of 3 types of cold cereal that are not common, mini muffins, toast. There were eggo waffles in ziplock bags in the fridge, but no syrup to put on them. Overall it is a case of you get what you pay for. You go for one of the cheapest options, you don’t get great results.
