Hotel windows are extremely dirty. Front desk staff were rude, except for the lady that checked us in on the evening of the first day on the 22nd of April. Our room did not get fresh towels first cleaning day. We had to ask for towels. The bar tender gentleman was very friendly and nice to us.

We had an excellent stay. Convenient to restaurants, attractions and gas stations just a few mins away. Was running very affordable Thursday night verses most hotels. Very clean. Staff very friendly. Choices of food in front lobby to choose from to snack on at reasonable pricing. Slept great. Thank you so much for our Wonderful stay. We will be back for sure.

Great hotel! The staff were all very helpful and professional. The bed was very comfortable and the fitness center was top-notch. Hotel bar was nice and the bartender was very knowledgeable about the area. We didn’t drive to the hotel so we did use ride shares a lot and never had to wait long. Great price for a quality hotel.

A wonderful Place to Stay in Mount Pleasant

I enjoyed staying at this hotel in Mount Pleasant, an attractive suburb of Charleston. The room was very comfortable, and the front desk service, especially from Jacob and Sunshine, was outstanding. It was located near some fine restaurants for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The only negative is that it's a bit distant from Charleston and even further away from the airport, which can be a problem when there is heavy traffic, and that happens daily, especially at rush hour.
