The bathroom had some hair/fuzz behind door corner, and edges of room had some debris that a vacuum didn’t obtain. The coffee cups were warped and unusable with lids, but all this was minor. I still enjoyed my stay. The restaurant food is delicious.

We have stayed here many times and everything seems outdated now. Staff wasn't overly friendly. No clocks in the rooms. Called for wake up call to be at 6:00 a.m. and it called us at 4:45 a.m. I had a procedure at the hospital and this was very important and caused us problems.

Very nice property and the staff was great. Only real issue was a the amount of construction across the street and parking was a little tight at times. It is my understanding there was a Rascal Flatts concert and everything was more crowded than usual.

No matter what the thermostat was set at, it was warm. Set it to 65 and it stayed at 71 the whole time. The staff was very undermanned for a huge concert happening that weekend.

There was nothing wrong with the room we stayed in. It wasn’t fancy at all, but it was definitely clean and was adequate for what we needed. The hotel restaurant, on the other hand, was not good at all. My fiancé and I sat ourselves and waited about 15 minutes for a waitress to come to take our orders. We each ordered a salad and an entree, and we ordered a starter of chips and salsa. We didn’t see the waitress again for about 15 minutes or more. A man, we assumed a manager, brought my salad, but didn’t bring my fiancé’s for close to another 15 minutes. We had to go to the bar and ask for silverware because no one brought us any. When we went to the bar to ask for silverware, there were three women behind the bar to take care of about 10 people sitting at the bar, but no one taking care of the guests seated at the tables. 10-15 minutes later, our entrees came out, and they were horrible. My fiance ordered the seared chicken, and I ordered the boneless pork chop. Her chicken was burnt, and I mean black burnt. My pork chop was so dry, I couldn’t eat it. My dinner came with 4 small potatoes, which were also overcooked, two of them looked like charcoal briquettes. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else to eat if you stay at this hotel.

This is the best hotel option if you are attending an event at the coliseum. This hotel is basically across the street. The convenience of the location makes up for the fact that it’s an older building.
