The hotel is beside a pretty rundown hotel l. When I realized I had booked beside that particular hotel I was not thrilled. With that being said I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness. 10-10 for value.

Dated but decent

The staff was helpful and friendly. The property is right next to the interstate but surprisingly we didn't hear much of that type of noise. It is a dated property, next to other hotels of the same caliber. The first 2 nights our a/c unit was squeaking which was a bit annoying trying to sleep. we let the front desk know and they said they would send someone to look the following day when the maintenance person was in, they said they didn't hear anything which was odd, but it still squeaked that night. On the 3rd day we finally were offered to move rooms, and it miraculously stopped squeaking. If the gesture of a move was given immediately, that would have been helpful, but having to wait several days for a resolution, that luckily happened on its own, was a little frustrating. I do appreciate the woman who was trying to help us, but again an immediate move would have been preferable. Pool inside was nice and cool. Walkable to both Waffle House and bojangles if the breakfast there isn't cutting it for ya. I probably wouldn't stay there again, but overall it was okay, just not amazing.

Great Hotel, staff, and price!

Very convenient location. Close to the interstate, eateries, and shopping. Great hotel. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. The young woman that checked me in was so sweet. I didnt get her name, but she recommended a book, and i downloaded it... starting it tomorrow. Room was very clean. Hotel smelled really good too. Comfortable bed.

I got a great sleep. The bed and bedding were very nice. Clean room, but some fixtures need updating like sink faucet and shower head. Breakfast was minimalistic/continental but with a few options.

I had only one working light in my room which was the stove. No towels or wash rags. Only one pillow. No clean sheets. Couldn’t get ahold of anyone at the front desk they were “CLOSED” and I got charged a $200 fee on my card when I was only supposed to be charged a $1 holding fee

It was awesome it would of got 5 stars but it 4 st

The lady thats works 3rd shift was awesome she held i are room for a extra few hours then when i said i would be there make sure you call if your not going to be there on time. The room was excellent. There was no bugs and everything was clean i check good too. The bed was comfortable. It had a fridge and microwave and coffee maker, iron that all helped with my stay. Bathroom was big enough. The shower was not good the shower head needs to be changed it was spraying so hard it felt like the water was going to cut my skin off and water got all over the floor i slip when i got out.. Bring your owe toilet paper It felt like sand paper. Its did have shampoo and conditioner and lotion in the bathroom. Air conditioner was great. Its had a 42in tv and closet and lot of outlets that was great. And breakfast was ok it was the same everyday they could of changed it up. The was awesome for 6 days. I would go back again north charleston comfort inn

The location is very good, but I won't stay again because the staff was very rude, except for a young lady named Ryan. Upon arrival, the staff person (young, Hispanic women) informed me that the hotel system had been down an 1hr, and there was no way to check me in and if the system did not come back up, I'd have to find somewhere else to stay. When I told her that I'm not from SC, she was like, oh well. I told her that the hotel charged me for a deposit, which was proof of registration. Upset, I sat in my car for about 20 min, came back in to Ryan who easily solved the issue. Then upon check out, I asked the staff person, a slightly older Hispanic lady, if this visit was added to my hotel rewards. Perhaps she didn't understand my request yet proceeded to say that previous guests have used 'stolen rewards'. I found this incredibly offensive. Again, nice property, but I'll choose elsewhere.

I did not feel safe in the area or hotel. Some of the clientele at breakfast could very well have been homeless by their clothes and lack of shoes! The fitness center lacked clean towels and was very limited. The pool did not look clean despite chlorine smell. I have used Confort Inns for years but probably won’t again. I chose this one for location to where I need to be for medical care but wish I had researched better.
