Nothing was open before 3 pm or past 10 pm during the week. Our room was not cleaned the entire time we were there. The only good thing was that it was quiet and people were pretty friendly.

We enjoyed our stay at Harborside. Great location in Mt. P. There were some issues with our first room but they promptly moved us upon request. The property was clean, but both Superior Oceanside King rooms had very little storage for our clothing(and we were only there for 3 nights). The showers were strange having only a half door that was hard to stop from leaking onto the floor. We didn't like the soap bottles as it took so many pumps to get an adequate amount of product. We had to jiggle the toilet handle to stop it from running. But overall it's a nice property. The rooms are pretty and all must have a nice view. The reel bar was great fun, good drinks & service. We would return.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location. It is beautiful. I wish the hotel lives up to the location. From walking in it was bad. Front desk was needs some work on the customer service skills. The room while it looks nice from on farther inspection it is in desperate need of maintenance. The water for the shower only has 2 temperature. Scalding hot or cold. I could not imagine having a child with this kind of water temperatures. I also certainly hope you do not stay while they are doing the oyster roast. That is no parking for the guest due to it being opened to the public. Nor do they care that there is no parking. Also was turned away from the pool when this roast was happening. You needed an ID and ban to get access to any area of the property besides your room. They also did not mention any of this during check in. For what you are paying for these rooms it is not worth it and I knew booking this room there was not breakfast but come one at over 200 a night. They could at least provide dinning vouchers. All your getting is a view. If you pay for that view. There is better in the area. Think twice before booking here.

The first toom had dark hairs stuck to walls and door of bathroom and one bed had the hairs on the pillowz and bedding. We asked for a different room, and switched was at least clean. Doir to roo. Has about a 2 inch gap so you can hear people in hall. Could hear high herls walking on the hard floor next door like she was right in out room. Shower was poor water pressure and was hard to even turn on, water went is all directions. Toilet was loose from floor. Beautiful view from room. Bar closes to early and closes kitchen at 9pm. Only place for breakfast on property is in another building and only has 5 choices, closes at 10:30 am. We paid almost $700.00 for 3 nights. I found it so over priced for whst we got. Disappointing for sure. I would not recommend.
