The pictures for this property are very deceiving. The hotel was not at all what I expected. Junk was in the way of the stairs. Room had no clean towels and smelled of marijuana. No ice bucket was available. We were given ice in a plastic bag. The towels that we were given were dingy and thin. The property was very low class and sketchy. I will NEVER stay here again!

Let's start, I called the day prior to confirm arrival the phone was answered and immediately placed on hold for 28 minutes by the manager. -This property is located in a dark back alley area with broken down cars with flat tires along the main driveway. -There was wood rot and damage to the wood stairs, which felt very unsafe. -The guest room smelled musty and there were bugs in the bedroom area. Went back to the desk to cancel our stay and moved to another hotel 30 minutes away. While trying to get a refund from our Travelocity booked room the manager was rude and would not honor the request from Travelocity to refund the room rate. Travelocity was writing with us to offer a complete refund, only with the approval from the property. The manager was belittling the customer service agent on the phone and told her to do her job and not call back to her hotel.

Worst experience ever

It was horrible, the hotel was filthy.They promised a kitchen.There was a kitchen, but nothing in it.No pots.Pans utensils not even a roll of paper towels. The floors were filthy. The pillows look like something you buy out of the good will, completely worn out and they smelled like sweaty head.

Steer clear of this hotel - not good quality

The pictures do not portray this hotel in it's true light. It was very run down and dirty. We got there and the sheets were disgusting. We had to wear shoes the entire time inside because the floors were so bad. The shower wasn't draining and we couldn't figure out why. Turns out the drain was full of trash and hair. There was a dirty sock in the kitchen drawer. Nothing about this stay made us feel comfortable.

Worst Wyndham hotel

unsanitary conditions in the bathroom. It is heavily soiled with shoe mud tracks, leaves, and other debris. This is the most deplorable experience I have ever had at a Wyndham property. The bathroom also emits an unpleasant odor. I intend to share my experience on social media platforms.

This was hands down the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I made the mistake of not reading the reviews until after I submitted the reservation. I was surprised, that I was unable to find one good review. When we arrived at the hotel we were hoping that perhaps we would be able to have a half way decent experience, we were wrong. The room smelled of cigarettes, there was plywood covering one of the windows, a dirty towel was on the kitchen table along with a half burned air freshener tree (for cars), there were no sheets just pillows on the bed upstairs, the bed downstairs had black spots all over and a large red stain on the covers. Attempted to get a refund and the front desk leaned heavily on the no refund policy of the booking. No refunds when the rooms are clearly inhabitable. This is the first time I’ve ever seen a line of people waiting to checkout immediately after checking in. I spoke to no less than 3 other families who were too disgusted to stay overnight.

The room smelled of smoke, although it is a smoke free facility. The electrical outlet was missing the cover. A couple of stains on the sheets. Next to the interstate. Bathtub had a big gouge in it. The curtain was pinned to the wall.

They do not offer 1pm late check out options only the 12, there were holes in the sheets the floor was dirty there wasn’t even a trash can in the room. The tv didn’t work either, only stay here if you have low cleaning standards. Its definitely not worth the price.

Entire room was dirty and the floors were sticky.There was dog hair in the beds and stains on covers.The smell of the entire room was moldy,smoky,and old with no scent of cleaners to have ever been used recently for restoration.Property looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in a week.Dust hanging from the ceiling fans.Fridge had old food residue left behind.Curtains were hanging from the rods.Couldn't even spend the night and was glad to recieve a refund back.

Hawthorn Suits SC

the HVAC was very loud. In auto mode it would constantly switch from heat to cooling and then back to heat. WIFI needs upgrade to better bandwidth, and even the TV reception was bad, channels were limited and not anymore up to what the industry standard, as was the WIFI. Otherwise the suite was nice, good bed/mattress.

Was so difficult finding the room. Felt a bit isolated to the back. First thing I saw was roach on the dining table onto the dining room chair. Room smell like smoke. Almost like it was embedded in the room. Checked in and out in about 30 mins.
