The hotel is fairly new and very clean. The rooms were great and we had lots of space in the room for our stay. The bathroom was clean. In addition the workout room was above average. Plenty of cardio options, and weight training options. Breakfast was just slightly better than your typical options.

The room smelt like a very dirty dog and had clear signs of wear and tear like a burn hole in the carpet and a scuff on the table. The staff was very friendly and accommodating though. Overall a mixed bag.

Excellent stay for Family Weekend at CSU. The room was super spacious and clean. Beds were comfy, even the sofa bed. Breakfast was good and staff were nice and accommodating. This is definitely where we’ll stay when we visit our son.

First room smelled like pot

Showed up the first room they put us in had a unbearable smell of pot. They said only one other room was available. Went to that room the sheets were nasty and smelled less of pot. We had 2 nights reserved we only stayed one night because of the smell and conditions. Told the front desk we were checking out early because of the condition of the room and the smell. They told me they couldn't refund my 2nd night because of 3rd parry. I contacted hotels.com they told me they contacted the hotel and they refused to refund the 2nd night. This was a terrible experience with both the hotel and hotels.com. I will never stay at home2 or use hotels.com i lost money because of a hotel that smells like pot and both rooms were filthy. Hotels.com was no help.
