They blamed Expedia for not telling me of the daily fee, however my friend made his reservation directly with the property over the phone and wasn't informed. The shower in my room and my friends room was slick, no traction in the tub and no bath mat. Very dangerous. The food in the restaurant on the property was overpriced and my order was wrong and they weren't even busy. I can't remember the last time I was in a hotel that had no microwave in the rooms. The staff was very friendly, but overall it was overpriced for what you received. Won't be going back.

Our family loves this hotel! The service, the amenities, the food, the location. It’s all so perfect. Plus being pet friendly means our fur baby gets to travel too. It’s our 6th time staying and I can’t imagine ever visiting Charleston and not using this as our home base.

Terrific choice for our trip to Charleston. Very convenient (10 minute max drive) with a feeling of spaciousness that you would not get in historic Charleston. Nice pool area. Room was perfect. Good value.

I was only here for one night but it was a quick drive to the historic area of town, City Market, etc. Really easily accessible off 17. Super clean. The pool area is fantastic! Lots of different spaces with outdoor games, covered seating, towels...the ONLY thing missing is a hot tub! The bartender Thursday night was friendly and great at her job. I hope all IHG hotels are this good.
