Nice place

Overall the hotel was great. Clean, comfortable- except for the a/c. We had suite with a living room area. You couldn’t adjust the A/c, it didn’t work well at all. The room was humid and so damp. The one in the bedroom worked well, but it didn’t help the living room area at all. We had to buy a fan to keep on all the time to be comfortable . The hotel staff, with the exception of the lady that checked us in was SO RUDE!!! Awful! Property is nice, clean and has a good breakfast selection.

Water pressure in toilet didn’t work, had to switch rooms. Dirty Towels (brownish marks on towels). AC worked great. But the property is outdated and it’s starting to show. It’s cheap and that’s about all it has going for it.

This stay was a huge disappointment! The property is dingy, dirty, and sad. It doesn’t appear that it has been updated in the last 10 years and it certainly didn’t look like a Wyndham property. I fell for the Wyndham name but got a BASIC motel experience. I’ll certainly avoid La Quinta Inn going forward. Our tub/shower area looked as though caulk was applied with a trowel then wiped off as it was drying. The faucet handle was broken to the extent that it would come off in my hand. We had to determine water temperature by feel since the faucet was literally falling apart.

The room was damp to downright wet--with an air conditioner running constantly. Didn't think that was possible. Beds were damp, clothes and towels never dried. Paper left on desk was wet in the morning. I can't imagine what it would like if a guest had a respiratory condition.

The people that work there were awesome, but the hotel needs maintenance. My remote was taped with Desk tape and it wouldn’t change the channels half the time our tub wouldn’t drain the toilet run all night and every time someone would go out that side door to the pool, it would make our door open and shut. And they would stand out there and smoke and smoke would come under our doorway because there’s a crack under the door and a crack down the side. And they charged me a $75 fee which they were supposed to give me back 4530 of it was for parking. I did not receive any of it back and I was supposed to get a discount so I’m not real happy

We have stayed here on many occasions. Always good..except this time. Halfway carpets dirty. Hallways warm and an odor of dankness. 2 person room.. one washcloth.. had to have keys reprogrammed 3 times. VERY limited breakfast. White bread. No English muffins, no bagels, no raisin toast... not even a basic breakfast.

Reservations were for 5 adults which they couldn't accommodate when arrived at checkin. We ended up paying for a second at a higher price. No cups or glasses in the room, no hair dryer, no tissues. At least there were no bugs. We have stayed at a lot of La Quintas and this one wasn't up to the standard of any of our last stays at a La Quinta.
