Room was to hot for my comfort i let front desk know which they say maintenance addressed but i still could not control the settings where i wanted it i dont mind paying a premium price for a hotel which i believe is a premium place to stay , which i believe this hotel to be ive stayed here before and its wonderful this will be the 2nd time ive stayed here were comfort was a issue i dont like having thermostats in my room that i cant control and this is definitely one of them. i would definitely think of allowing the guest in there rooms to control there own comfort not the hotel other than that thr place is well kept , clean , only downside both times is my comforrt in the room especially when im trying to sleep

A very beautiful place all together a first class hotel with incredibly appointed rooms. Safety measures were apparent on the elevators so floor to floor travel required a room key.
