They were very friendly, the rooms were clean and had personal touches. My only disappointment was my room did not have an upper lock or safety measure of any kind. There were holes from were that had been one. Being a solo female traveler, I actually put a chair in front of the door. Don't get me wrong the environment was not scary, but I certainly don't trust only having a door knob lock.
