I really liked the kickbacks on Friday and Saturday. The staff was friendly and very helpful. My shower and sink were draining slow. The front desk personally fixed the issue. I would stay here again.

Wet bed?

It started off pretty good, until it was time for bed. After taking a shower I pulled back the covers to get into the bed. As I was getting in bed, I was under the impression that the sheets were cold, I soon realized that it wasn’t that the sheets were cold, the sheets were wet, someone dropped the ball. My best guess is that someone urinated the previous night in that bed.

I stayed at this hotel for almost a month. My first room was not clean—the bathroom hadn’t been properly cleaned, and the sheets had a lot of hair on them, likely from the previous guest. Thankfully, Nicole was very helpful and happily moved me to a much cleaner room. It was a hassle to move all my things, but at least I was finally able to sleep in a clean space. The walls are extremely thin—you can hear everything from neighboring rooms, even when guests simply move or sneeze. There were also a lot of families with multiple children, making noise a constant issue. At one point, a family with four children moved into the room next to mine, and it became impossible to stay there. The walls, the bed—everything was shaking. When I brought up the issue at the front desk, the staff member working that night was extremely rude and aggressive. I wasn’t able to switch rooms until the next day after she was gone. Overall, this hotel has serious noise issues, and my experience with one of the staff was disappointing. However, I truly appreciate Nicole’s kindness in helping me move rooms, and I also had a wonderful experience with Michelle at the front desk. She helped me extend my reservation at a discounted rate, which I really appreciated. The free breakfast and dinner are nice and convenient, but for someone staying a month, the options became repetitive. Aside from the one rude staff member, the rest of the team was welcoming and helpful.

Great place to stay!!

I can't rave about this hotel enough. The employees were all very helpful and so nice. The hotel was very clean, the rooms are spacious and the beds are so comfortable. We got 2 free drinks and 2 free meals in the lobby restaurant. The breakfast in the mornings were very delicious and the had anything you could want. Our kids loved that they got free popcorn every night!

We do love this hotel because every time we stay every staff member is so pleasantly and helpful. We also appreciate the breakfast and dinner. The only negative we have this time is our room wasn't as clean as it usually is and the pool was dirty. However, there was way more people than any other time we've been here, so that is most likely the big factor. I guess everyone else discovered our little hotel too. :)
