The staff was excellent. The front desk really were super friendly very kind. The hotel was not as advertised very gray scale dark no plants, but they told us they were under construction. We ended up getting locked out of our room due to a faulty mechanism, but the manager made it right. The food at the hotel was 10 out of 10.

The check in was quick and the front desk staff was kind. Half of the hotel was renovated and half was not. We were assigned to a room on floor 4 which was not renovated yet. The room was clean but outdated. Our heat also was not working very well. It was a chilly night, so this was disappointing. We received two free drinks per adult at the bar, which was nice. We used the pool for a few and that was also clean. We wish there would have been a jacuzzi, but it looks like they removed it. Overall we were pleased.
