Summary:
Hop aboard the new streetcar, connecting Elizabeth to Uptown with direct access to Plaza Midwood and Novant Hospital. Enjoy a short walk to Independence Park or one of the newest restaurants such at Fig Tree, or live jazz at Cajun Queen. Our large one bedroom condo features a fully equipped kitchen, new appliances, ultra fast wifi, Hulu Live TV and on-site parking. This condo is pet free, however some first floor units accept well behaved dogs (contact us).

The Space:
Recently remodeled, the space offers everything needed for a comfortable stay, including 400 thread count linens, Egyptian cotton towels and a fully-equipped kitchen. A washer and dryer is included in the apartment, along with a starter supply of detergent. All 35+ of our residences are completely turnkey.

The apartment is one of 8 in our historic Milton building in the safe, central and convenient Elizabeth neighborhood. We own and manage all of our residences.

Getting Around:
The streetcar to Uptown is a 10 minute walk away. Uber/Lyft are also convenient options, and many bikeshare companies offer inexpensive bikes and scooters.

Please note: this is not a pet-friendly unit, but we have many units where pets are welcome. Inquire if you are traveling with your furry friend, and we can send you other options!

If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.

The apartment is located in the historic Elizabeth neighborhood, one of the nicest, most pedestrian-friendly neighborhoods in the city where generations of prominent Charlotteans have made their home.

There are many locally-owned restaurants and shops within an easy walk, as well as parks and a greenway trail. Enjoy a pleasant 10 minute walk for easy access to uptown by using the Charlotte street car!
