Was very noisy with traffic. Walls are paper thin also. Could hear the people and the kids next to us. They charge to use the internet it is not free like most hotels. Only plus is the rooms were clean

I checked in Monday evening, Feb 2, 2026 and I checked out Friday morning, Feb 6, 2026, during this time my room, 209, was never cleaned. I asked about that on Wednesday evening when I got back from work and I was told that the rooms are cleaned upon request. I said ok and the next day, Thursday, on my way to work (7-7:30) I stopped at the front desk and requested a room clean. I was told ok. I came back from work at about 5 and the room had not been touched. I had to go to the front desk to get someone to come up and to just empty the trash. We the front desk clerk came to the room about 45 minutes later, she handed me the trash bags and so I emptied the trash. Also, I had to request fresh towels in which I got them from the clerk at the front desk on Wednesday and I brought down the soiled towels. I did speak with the manager, and he said that he will get in touch with Expedia concerning a discount.

The first two rooms I was given had issues with their AC/heater units. The service at the hotel was very good, as they finally got me reassigned to a room that did not have a defective unit. Dylan was especially helpful, and I appreciate that. The overall statement met my expectations of Hampton Inn.
