We first got a room that was an absolute chaos… ladder, trash bags, food everywhere, beds undone. Second room they gave us had the loudest AC unit. It was very noisy. The hotel is old and outdated. You would expect something better from Sheraton!

Great food, room needed updating

Great reception from Ms. Chase. Friendly & professional. Restaurant was surprisingly great. Our waitress great also. Our room smelled Dusty. I think the carpet needs to be shampooed, or ducts cleaned?
