I liked that the floors were hard floors and not those filthy carpets. However they were a little dirty since my feet got very dirty from the bath to the other side of the room. But over all very nice. The clerk or manager was very nice and did his best to accommodate my handicapped needs for my husband. He even helped me get him in the room. The breakfast was good. I was surprised to have a hot breafast. The room was pretty quiet even being next to the pool. The best part was the man that cleaned of my car and every one elses after a snow storm. I was shocked. I found the man that did it and he said he does it regularly. That was above and beyond. I will stay here again if i am in the area.

Breakfast for weekends should be a little longer than only until 9:30. The middle stairway second railing was loose and so was a few of the metal gripes on the stairs.

Felt very welcomed and informed. Enjoyed the remodel, Room was nice. People upstairs were VERY loud but not your fault. View was super great, nice to have a little backyard area with a river view. Service was great.

Had a wedding to attend. Gathered together with a large group of friends. Clean establishment, and lots of food around and Walmart is across the street. Good weekend get away. The views of the river with the walk is a nice touch.

This is an old hotel , our room did not have a window , but.a Glass sliding door opening to a hallway overlooking the pool. Very poorly designed. When one books a room with an established hotel chain , one expects a certain standard …..reflected in the price ….We will never stay at a Best Western again , , the last one we stayed at on this trip was in Sudbury Ontario , old and musty , refrigerator did not work . , and once again overpriced.

The staff was great. Remarkably Quiet for being so close to the road.. Comfy bed. It's a decent place to stay. It's not new and you can hear creaking from people walking around above you. This was only minor. Loved the proximity to anywhere/everywhere! It is 'Right on the River'.
