Felt very welcomed and informed. Enjoyed the remodel, Room was nice. People upstairs were VERY loud but not your fault. View was super great, nice to have a little backyard area with a river view. Service was great.

Had a wedding to attend. Gathered together with a large group of friends. Clean establishment, and lots of food around and Walmart is across the street. Good weekend get away. The views of the river with the walk is a nice touch.

This is an old hotel , our room did not have a window , but.a Glass sliding door opening to a hallway overlooking the pool. Very poorly designed. When one books a room with an established hotel chain , one expects a certain standard …..reflected in the price ….We will never stay at a Best Western again , , the last one we stayed at on this trip was in Sudbury Ontario , old and musty , refrigerator did not work . , and once again overpriced.

The staff was great. Remarkably Quiet for being so close to the road.. Comfy bed. It's a decent place to stay. It's not new and you can hear creaking from people walking around above you. This was only minor. Loved the proximity to anywhere/everywhere! It is 'Right on the River'.

I had to call to add a night onto our stay and when we went to check in, they did not have my additional night, so they made me pay more for the extra night. I paid 130 for Saturday and for Friday, the hotel charged me more than when I called when adding a night. I was charged 180. Not happy about that. But Orbitz has always been my go to.

Beautiful place. Very clean and beautiful room. Beautiful view of St Mary's River. Such nice staff at the hotel. Just don't call the generic phone number to reserve. That random national Best Western phone operator told me, a single woman on the road, $230.00 a night and they only had one room left. I then actually booked through Expedia for $180.00 a night and the hotel was NOT full. She had lied to me.
