The staff was all very kind. Our shower wasn’t working properly, so I asked them to look at it and when we came back at the end of the day it was all fixed, so I really appreciated that they took care of it. The room wasn’t completely clean when we arrived. There were used q-tips on the desk and the phone was covered in dust/crumbs/etc… so it wasn’t as sanitized as they claim. The WiFi didn’t work the entire first day and was marginal at best for the remainder of the days. There’s also a terrible cell signal in Sylva, but that’s not the hotel’s fault.
