I always stay here. You just have to watch out for the bartenders. I have a recent compliant about a bartender being very rude and committing fraudulent activities on my credit card. Security manager and the local police were notified. Unaware of the outcome at this time. I will follow up soon. This occured on a Saturday. It seems criminal activities occurs on the weekend when thrir are lots of people. The weekday visits are great.

We had a great time at Harrahs Cherokee. The atmosphere is lively especially around the Myst Bar and casino. Great food and shopping. The terrace pool was lovely and less crowded than the other outdoor pool. There is a spa and bowling alley. We enjoyed going to a concert at the event center and a comedy show at the Comedy Zone. Myst Bar had live music each night we were there. This resort has plenty to do so plan on lots of walking. It can be a little difficult to navigate. Some areas of the resort were nicer than others. We stayed in a smoking room in the SoCo tower. This tower and our room were a little dated and dirty, but there are other towers/rooms available that looked nicer. Regardless, we had a great time and plan to return to Harrahs Cherokee.
Great venue for a concert!
Gordon Ramsey pizza was delicious and perfect to share between two people.
Hole in the curtain. Room needs a little TLC but it’s a smoking room.

The entire property smelled like marijuana and cigarette smoke. Our bed was a rock. Check-in was good. The staff was good. The room was mostly clean. However, I’ve seen cleaner. For the cost of this room, I expected a higher level of cleanliness and bed. Also, you had to walk miles to get anywhere in the casino.

For much less a night there was complimentary water, glass cups and comfortable couch. Singage and lack of maps ...took 30 min to get our car in valet. Beautiful facility, nice bed but not a $400 + per night room with no amenities.

Beautiful room and hotel decor. The check-in line was pretty slow and only got worse after 4pm. I was lucky enough to arrive early and get checked in relatively quickly, but the rush of people just after were in a complete bottle neck and long wait. Cleanliness was top notch and the restaurants were also first class. Self park was easy.

Only negative is orbits charges you a resort fee as well so you get double banged. It’s not correct for them to collect it on line and also have to pay the resort. Also the SOCO tower is a smoking building so it’s smells in non smoking rooms. Orbitz doesn’t have good clarification about that. Otherwise a decent place and the casino was good. First time players get a $50 card for slot machines TY
