Not walkable, signage for directions to restaurant were awful or did not exist. Distance from hotel self park to room was ridiculously far, In room coffee supplies were only for one night and we were there for two. Hotel room distance to restaurants was a long walk. Discouraged us to make any reservations for next day. We are senior with some walking issues so we found it quite frustrating and discouraging. I doubt seriously if we will be returning.

A lot of restaurants, pool, bowling, river next to hotel. A nice getaway even if you are not into gambling. Also there is a nice waterfall not to far from casino.

My stay at Harrahs Cherokee Casino & Resort

I had a great stay. The rooms were large and clean and modernized. There were plenty of places to plug in my cellphone, iPad, and any other electronic devices. I like that everything was on site I didn’t have to leave the resort unless I wanted to. The campus was nice, well designed. The food was good and the prices were reasonable. I definitely plan to return.

Beautiful Casino in the Smokey Mountains!!

The Casino and Hotel were amazing!! So much to see…Be prepared to walk walk and walk so bring comfy shoes!! I loved GR food market….Had great food!! Make reservations for the places you’d like to eat at is my only suggestion…My only complaint would be our sink was clogged and no one came to fix it until the very last day….but otherwise the staff were very polite and we had great service otherwise… special shout out to JM from the maid staff!! Overnight birthday trip

Our trip was amazing. Wish we could’ve stayed longer. You can tell parts of the hotel were not renovated yet, but we stayed in the Cherokee. The decor was beautiful, and it was quiet and comfortable.
