Place in a Food Lion/ Taco Bell parking lot. Paid for a Mountain View room and window was behind a roof dormer. This place is a low end dump.

Did not have any washcloths , did not have but two bath towels and there was 3 people. The attendant in the hallway looked at me like I was asking for the moon- I was ignored. Next morning I had to bring down a used one to get a clean one. The front desk people were per nice but I would not rec inn and this place.

Side door of hotel was not locked. Felt unsafe. Reception area and dining area in bad need of updating. Rugs looked very dirty. Beds were clean and comfy. Bathroom OK. AC unit filter dirty. Would not recommend.

This place is a hidden gem! The hotel is clean and well-maintained. Breakfast is good, and the options are individually wrapped, which we loved during the flu season. The staff is charming and helpful. The Food Lion grocery store is right next to the hotel, which was very convenient for us. There is complimentary tea and coffee available 24 hours in the lobby, on top of what you have in the room. Definitely will be back.

We loved our stay the front desk people were amazing very helpful we only had 1 issue with the smell of weed coming through our air conditioner but the front desk fixed the problem right away an we had no more problems very clean comfortable quite an walking distance to stores holly the feont desk person helped us get into a pet room cause we traveled with a small dog so i suggested to call the hotel it self if you book through a 3rd party plus we checked in early an got it cheaper than the 3rd party over all ot was an amazing stay will definitely be back soon

This is located a on the outskirts of Cherokee, but is clean and safe. Staff was okay. Skip the “continental” breakfast because it was microwave heat and serve items Iike Jimmy Dean biscuits from the frozen section of the grocery store. Good point was coffee (Folgers) was made available in lobby 24 hours per day.
