I recently stayed here for my daughters dance competition. It was great, everything was withing the hotel. Food was great, affordable. They also have a cafe that opens early. I was scared because of the previous reviews but my stay was amazing.

The rooms are very outdated and everything was broken, from the door barely opening to the very dirty shower, to the showerhead that was spraying water all over the place. The floor we stayed in reeked of weed to the point that you couldn't breathe. We were there for a dance competion and kids were constantly exposed to that. The door to the room was broken and after waiting for someone from hotel staff ro assist and they never showed up, we were able to fix it ourselves. Asked for a couple fresh towels, since i used the towels to clean up the water that leaked form the shower, waited for over 2 hours and never received the promised towels. Checkout was 11am, which was the time of the award ceremonies, and I kindly asked to allow up to check out by 12pm, so that we can focus on the competition and than quickly take all the stuff out of the room, as soon as the award ceremony was complete, and they denied my request. Given the deplorable conditions of this hotel, what we paid was absolutely insane. They should be ashamed for charging such steep prices and having such awful conditions.

My room was GROSS. There was a hair in the sink as well as old toothpaste stuck to the side of the sink. The toilet rocked. Walls are PAPER THIN. I could hear the conversations in the rooms on either side of me like they were in my room. I had to turn my TV up to drown out the noise so I could try to sleep. The public areas were dusty. It looked like someone pulled out the tissues in the tissue box in my room and then just shoved them back in the top. The halls reeked of pot. Overall the entire place needs to be updated-- carpets, walls, everything. The conference rooms were ok and the elevator was updated so if you like those spaces you're in luck!

Great location, not the best stay.

Stayed here for Valentine’s Day, got up to our floor and next to our room there was a big hole in the wall. When we got into our room the wall next to the bed was peeled, the light was ripped off, tv did not work, and the phone in the room didn’t work. Went down to see if they could figure out the tv and phone situation, said they would send someone up, 11:00 pm comes around and still no one. By that time we just went to bed. Hotels in a great location but the stay was disappointing.

Room wasn't very clean to begin with. When they cleaned after my first night the carpet was never vacuumed and was dirtier after they left. I was in a handicap room and it wad very far from the elevator. For someone like me who doesn't walk well, it was a very long and exhaustIng walk.
