Everything would have been much better if the bed had been better. The pillows are awful. They're like sofa throw pillows with pillowcases over them. They are small, square, and not comfortable at whatsoever. I think it made the whole sleeping experience really bad. The pillows are enough to make me not come back.

The only thing I did not like was that the pool did not open until 1 o’clock in the afternoon and check out was at 11 so we didn’t get a chance to visit the pool again before we left.

The complimentary breakfast was very good. The mattress and bathroom were good. The bathroom was updated. The sheets were clean but the comforter between the sheets had yellow stains on it, was exposed on the ends, and most likely not laundered. The air conditioner worked well but the room and whole hotel had an odor we found offensive. Check in and out was quick and easy. No evidence of any bedbugs found.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The room had a strong, unpleasant odor, and to make matters worse, the bathroom water came out black—completely unacceptable. I tried to relax and watch TV, but the cable kept cutting out repeatedly. I ended up leaving after just two hours because I genuinely felt unsafe. Unfortunately, my reservation was same-day and nonrefundable, or I would have absolutely demanded a refund. This experience was far below any reasonable standard of cleanliness, safety, or comfort.
