I loved it! Everything was on point except the pillows lol omg they were terrible it was hollow and like it wasn’t anything in them and it flattened immediately and it wasn’t a microwave in the room but that wasn’t too much of in there issue an inconvenience I might add BUT the staff was really nice the hotel and rooms smelled fresh and inviting and the bed was really comfortable. That is my new go to spot when I go home to Chicago for visits but you if they could just get better pillows that would be great

Pool was closed and was not informed ahead of time. Was told my manager the next day should of been offered bracelets to go next door to their affiliate to use pool but was not offered. The pool was the entire reason we booked this hotel, had canceled a previous hotel for pool cloaure.

The room was very clean. Was just wierd that the wasnt a dresser... Wasnt happy about the jerks next door blaring the tv until 3AM....that ruined our stay But all staff were outstanding- pleasant and very helpful

Excellent place to stay for three days. We had some issues on the last night that we stayed. They were not from the staff, but from the guests who were not considerate to anyone who stayed at the hotel. The staff should have the authority to evict the guests who had the party inside their rooms or turned on very loud music after 10:00 p.m. Hotel needs to establish strict policy to the guests. If the management read this comment -> please give authority to your front desk to enforce a strict policy regarding quiet hours.
